My cat, Boris, loves to play "fetch". He has a soft ball that we throw and he will bring it back and drop it at our feet for us to throw again. He does this until he tires of the "game", which generally lasts for 5 to 10 minutes. But he will also bring us other "toys" to play with him as well those these do not require throwing.
