biting stomach, kicking head

My cat has been doing this pretty much ever since I got her fixed about a year and a half ago- whenever she gets mad at me (I think that's why she does this anyway) she starts biting her stomach and then kicking her head, as if to try to make the biting stop. Does anyone know why she does this or how to make her stop?
