Nope. He has been kind of doing something like this since he was a kitty. When he was 10 weeks old, he would lie on my neck and purr and purr. Very adorable. He tucks his head down and butts his head into mine. This incident with my daughter was a little different because he added some very needy Meow's to it. Then got upset when I tried to move him off of her head.
