My Cat

I just recently adopted a kitten, I noticed some strange behavior after the first month of him being in my home. When he eats or drinks, he paws at the ground around him. It's almost like he's trying to clean the area where he eats. My other kitten doesn't exhibit the same behavior, is there something wrong with my kitten?
