Is she over-grooming to the point of hurting herself? Very often cats who groom a lot are stressed out about something. Believe it or not, if no other medical cause can be found they get the same meds as some humans do for OCD - in very small amounts of course.



You should take the cat to the vet for an exam to rule out allergies, parasites or a thyroid disorder which can also cause over-grooming. Then you and your vet can discuss the options that some medications have to offer.
