Hi, I'm not from your area but I have plenty of Ferals and have gotten them all neutered through my local Humane Society. They will spay and neuter Ferals for free. All I have to do is get them into a trap and take them in the morning on Friday then pick them up in the afternoon. Sometimes a vet will give you a discount if you have multiple cats but the shelters usually have some sort of program.
