Ok, this might sound a little strange, but it's worked for me. Try imitating the sound of the kitten's cry. My aunt had a litter, years ago, and one wondered off and i heard it crying. I meowed to it and it responded, which led me to the poor little thing! Hopefully u find the baby soon!!!
