Kittens not pooping

I have rescued 3 kittens that are 3.5 wks old. I have had them for going on 4 days and they have not had a bowel movement. I have got them to pee at every feeding by stimulating them. Is there anything I can to to get them to poop. I am afraid if it goes on any longer I might have problems. I have just put a litter box inside their box hoping to maybe get them to start using it. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
