It sounds as if your female is not in heat or at the point in her cycle to be receptive to mating.



Breeding cats, or any animal, takes research, knowledge, dedication and a lot of money. I suggest you check the books available in the CatHobbyist bookstore on breeding and genetics. I've posted the link below.
