Any time something isn't right with an animal, think of your veterinarian. Vets do two things; they diagnose what is wrong, and they treat the animal. From your message, I am unable to tell what is wrong, so I can't tell you how, or even if, to treat your cat. A veterinarian, after examining the cat, should be able to tell you.
