Kitty girl has CRF and a heart murmur

My little girl has had CRF for 3 years but suddenly her numbers rose to 4.5 creatnine and 60 bun and 1.016 USG.



She was dehydrated and needed fluids, BUT since getting fluids her "possible grade 1" heart murmur has become a definite grade 3.



What do I do? There are no cardiologist near me and she gets so stressed going to the vet.



IF I don't give her fluids (she gets 100 mils each day) she gets dehydrated and sick and with them she stands a chance of her heart murmur getting worse.



I am scared and heartsick. PLEASE advise me?
