I have found that he heat is better contained and a better heat gradient is created when the sides are all closed in (ie. all one piece). Unless your room is heated to an ambient of 80F . I also found that the overall darkness of the racks that are all closed in produce a better feeding animal. I still use my open racks for the Hondurans though.



Just my experience. DON'T change what already works for you!!
