First of all, thats the best place to put the pictures cause theres no hognose section. Secondly, legal wise I don't think theres any method good enough to rule out who is responsible enough to keep venomous snakes. Therefore, I believe the government should step back and sellers of hots should step up and not sell their animals to the highest bidder but make sure they know what they are getting into. If the gov. is gonna restrict what can be owned they should not go by venom but the amount of danger that the snake posses. I'm just a teen and don't plan on having any hots for a loooong time, but I think I'm more experienced then SOME of the guys buyin hots. If my neighbor can have a huge aggressive pitbull(not stereotyping) than I should be able to have a fat gaboon viper in an escape-proof cage.
