Here's a picture of some other stuff I used. I got it at Wal-mart as a part of some kitchen drainer thing that I cut apart. Anything similar should work really. The key is to have very little or no ventilation in the egg box. This allows the humidity to easily reach near 100%. Also, my incubators are heated from the bottom....I'm sure this also helps boost the humidity, but tons of other do the no-sub thing with other styles of incubators.
