I wouldn't worry all that much. I bred my 2 pastels to around 12 females but only 4-5 of them have laid and the others are either very slow or they are not gonna lay, I am hoping they are just late, But either way I cannot complain because I had 2 clutches of 12 and 4 hatch out so far and I have 11 pastels babies and 4 normals out of the 16 eggs, and I have a few more clutches due.
