Seems she knew what she needed!

This morning at 7:14, shortly after lights on, there were 3 more eggs in the water and 12 in the moss. The ones in the water were large like the one last night and the rest were of more normal size. I have put all in the tubs just in case as all look about the same and I figure I caught them shortly after they dropped.

Thing is, I palpated mom and I think that there may be one egg left. Not sure though as 16 is a normal enough count for a clutch. I tried to manipulate what I feel is the egg and will aspirate if she doesn't pass or poop in the next day or two. I will not lose another female to a retained egg!

What a relief to see her slim again. Nicer yet, unlike my capra, she isn't skinny. She ate so well that she is still nicely filled out and looks like the picture of health even after laying a nice clutch!
