I actually get my worms from my local pet store. Hopefully they are a little more nutritious than Wal Mart worms. (That sounds funny doesn't it?) Also, I too think that crickets should comprise a sizeable chunk of their diet, I have just found, with bigger frogs, worms to be more "filling". I only need 3 or four to get the job done, where as I would need 20-25 crickets to do the same. Take care, and keep up the good work!
