That's a very nice setup.
My setup is simple. I have a 20L w/ 2 female tigers, one corkbark hide & one fake log hide (a hide on each end). In the middle is a black plastic food tray that serves as a pool. I see each of my girls in there regularly. They love to soak & frequently go to the bathroom in the water, which helps me keep the tank clean
I use a biological soil mixture of bed-a-beast, peat moss, sand, cuprus mulch, springtails, red worms, etc... They seem to be doing well in the setup & have been there for over a year.
