ok, so ive had one sulcata for about two years now, and its doing good. i just adopted another one and it seems to be adding weight, its old owner was a bit neglecting and i talked them into lettin me adopt it. however, they are really timid! anyone else have sulcatas like this? they both live in my backyard, togather, and get along fine (dont really interact). the older one will take food from my hand, but anytime it sees me it goes into its shell really quick. only occaionally if i go outside and perhaps when its hungry? it will come over for a treat, if i sit real still. the little one just goes into its shell and wont come out for like half an hour. also, the big one(about 4 years old, 8~9 inch shell length i think...) never dug before, but has recently dug itself 2 holes in the past 3 or 4 months. and the little one (maybe 5" shell) isnt diggind at all yet. just wondering, is there anything i can do to make them more tame? sometimes i just go out there and sit next to them(they live in a whole backyard) but then when they come outta their shells they usually just walk away...
