Dry skin and shell on a Sulcata

Hi there,
I got a Sulcata in a few weeks ago and its shell and its skin appear to be dry. The shell almost looks as if its peeling. I am pretty sure this isn't normal. Other than that its fine and healthy. Very active and eats like a pig. It is approx 10-11 inches. Any thoughts?
