Questions about hatchling Sulcatas.

I'm looking at going to a reptile expo this weekend and hopefully picking up a hatchling sulcata but I have a few questions first. I've visited a couple of websites but they all seem to say different things so I figured I would ask here.



What should the temp of the tank be? Ambient and basking.



I know they need some humidity, but what percent?



Since it's a hatchling what should I feed it, and what type of substrate should I use?
