I was told they were cb in Africa, so they are definitely imports. My pair have never refused a meal and are chowing on f/t fuzzies and rat pinkies. As far as temperament, the day I got them, the little male was super pissed off and was striking and hissing like you would not believe when I pulled him out of the bag. But ever since then, they have been nothing but docile little angels. I have even used the female in an educational talk to the local Cub Scout pack. Many, many years ago, I had a pair of T. dhara and they were the same way - very easy to care for and not aggressive in the least. I really hope I can get them to breed and produce some little ones!
