I would say that during spring and summer you can feed as much of the fresh picked weeds as you want (make sure they are safe, no pesticides). In fall and winter they won't be available, so offer more of the dried stuff. That would go along with what they naturally have available to them during certain seasons. I don't think there is any prefect formula for a proportion between them.
