Hello, My name is Lance. It has been along time since I have visited these forums. I use to visit the Slider forums daily. Anyways, I a 5.5'' Alligator Snapping turtle I have had since it was a hatchling. I currently have it in a 90 gallon aqaurium. Well its time to upgrade, and I have the oppurtunity to build an indoor mini-pond for the turtle. The pond is going to be a 6'Lx3'Wx2'T, recatangular above ground unit. I am going to fill it w/ about 18'' of water and make it like a slow moving river setup. Its roughly around 205 Gallons of water. My question is.....what is the best type of filtration system. I dont really want one of those huge pond filters, that would take up 1/4 of mt tank bottom. I was thinking of some kind of remote filter(meaning the only thing in the tank is the intake & filtered water hose). Does anyone have any input on this? Thanks
