NEVER leave a live rodent with a reptile. What is likely is that the mouse will eventually get so frightened by the fact that it is near a predator and unable to escape that it will attack your lizard friend. My plated won't eat mice anymore either, he just decided one day that he didn't like them anymore.
If you don't want a mouse as a pet, give it away. If you do, get another for it to have a friend.

As for the plated eating the seeds, I would worry a bit. Seeds are difficult to digest, and cinnamon certaintly isnt healthy for a lizard. A few seeds sprinkled on the food will help digest the rest of the food (by helping to grind it up a bit) but that is only a VERY small amount. You'll probably have an undigested mess to clean up very soon.

Get that mouse out of there!
