What about a vet that treats reptiles? I've boarded mine with the vet a couple of times because both times we had people working on the fence or inside our fence so we just could not leave her here alone.
I have a regular pet sitter who knows how to take care of all my pets.. I found her working for a vet so you might ask if any of the vet's employees do sitting on the side.
If you have no luck there I think finding another sulcata keeper or even someone who keeps another tortoise species would be a good person to try.
If all else fails a lot of the pet sitters are bonded & insured, I'd try one who is before I'd try one who isn't- that is if I didn't know them personally already.
