Shell problem?

I'm a bit worried that my little guy might have a shell problem. I know he has a bit of pyramiding, I feed him only romaine lettace, carrots, bell peppers, cucumbers, collards, mustards, and when he is outside(summer) he eats wild weeds my un-chemicalized lawn. Here are some pictures.
