I live in tifton georgia where the hobbyist world of herps is basically slim to none. I always like to go to any pet stores where snakes and other reptiles can be found....this commonly has me driving 1 and a 1/2 hours to different places.

I was in Tallahasse this weekend and I noticed on this website a new store listed in the classifieds section...It is scaley critters off of Capital Circle. It is by far the best pet store/ herp hobby store/ breeder that I have encountered. Mr. Jackie, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable, nice, and will give you all the help he can. His animals are EXCEPTIONAL! The care he provides to his animals can definetly be seen.

No disrespect to other pet store owners in the Tallahasse, Valdosta, or Macon area, but Scaley Critters is the best by a long shot.

You know that this store has to be good for me to drive almost 2 hours to get to it.

Go try scaley critters out for yourselves, but only if you are as nuts about herps as I am.
