I was fortunate enough to get a bunch of really nice photos on a trip I took recently from NC down to Fla and back. For having a basic HP r725 6.2mp to shoot with, lighting and cooperation from the animals was pretty much the key to the shots I got.
Just wanted to share a few. Some have been cropped and all have been shrunk. Some of these photos are in their respective sub categories on the forums.
Enjoy!

Would make for neat wallpaper

Cold and cooperative

Very laid back cooperative snake

Simply breathtaking huh? How could I NOT shoot this shot?

I cant take credit for this sunlight shot below. Someone else started shooting it first and I copied the idea.

Scared the crap outta me when I noticed them. Was only about 3 feet from the swarm. It was cold and inactive at the time.

I hope you enjoyed!
