If that's the case, I'd take it back. The reason being that only a coil UV bulb will fit in there and they are just no good. It's not that they are not good enough, they are made with a coating that causes UVC to be produced, which is harmful to eyes and skin. If by chance, the eyes and skin are not harmed, then the lizard doesn't receive proper amounts of UVB. I have seen cases of both, albeit in young bearded dragons.
