Beware of scam in Recycler, SoCal

An un-named person posted adult Sulcata's for sale in the recycler Newspaper, Southern Calif. area. The price was 700.00 each. There was also a pic of a Radiated tortoise(protected species). I sent an email and the seller claims to be located in Cameroon, Africa saying no permits needed to send them...I sent another email requesting legal info including the person's full name. They sent me a 237 area code phone number which is known for scams and of course no name. Buyers BEWARE.
