starting a new herp society

I am trying to get together a reptile and amphibian club called East Tennessee Herpers. I am in the beginning phases and need all the help I can get. I am asking that if any of you could send me info on how to start or draft a mission statement I would greatly appreciate it. I am a member of the USARK. Any flyers or info about your reptile group will help.
