My tegus live in my bed room.He sleeps in my bed, or in a hole he made on the sofa cloth (uder the sofa). I put an UVB ligt on my bathroom and every day when he wakes up he goes there to get warmer. He has his own food and water bowl. He likes to roam around the bedroom and the bathroom, he poops always on the same spot just under the shower so its easy for me to clean it. He is clean, doesnt have a strong smell and very tame.

I havent seen here photos of tegus being kept inside the house , as a free roaming pet, and i wonder why.

Flavia
