Hello, Greetings. I am new to the world of chameleons. I own many turtles and tortoises and a snake and currently researching the care and requirements for raising a pet veiled chameleon. I have looked at a few care sheets but would love to see links to any care sheet that you think is a must read.
The question I have now is whether it is best to start with a young veiled chameleon, like a few months old one, or if it is better to start with an adult veiled chameleon. I am not interested in breeding them and plan on getting only one but looking for tips on which one is less challenging to begin with.
Any and all thoughts are appreciated. Thank you.
Also, what are the best online stores/breeders to look into for veiled chameleons?
Thank you. Michael
