Posted by: Z_G_Reptiles at Mon Dec 14 16:03:21 2009 [ Report Abuse ] [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by Z_G_Reptiles ] I'm thinking of getting the Nikon D90 and the one I was looking at comes with a DX Nikkor 18-105mm f/3.5-5.6G ED VR lens but I believe it is manual focus, what are your opinions on using a manual focus apposed to using an auto focus when taking pictures of Herps, eventually I plan to up get a nice macro lens but for now for general pictures how would this lens work or should I throw out the extra money and upgrade to an auto focus, this will be my first DSLR and I'm still learning [ Reply To This Message ] [ Subscribe to this Thread ] [ Hide Replies ]
