There are so many things that could be wrong, it is difficult for anyone to know without seeing him or knowing backround, temps, lighting if any, food, suppliments, and could even be parasite related. It's kind of quiet here on the forum, and I'm sorry I do not have much experience with leo's yet to be of help. But I have many years experience with other species to know when something is very wrong.....
I think the best thing is to have a vet experienced with reptiles look at your leo as soon as ya can before it is too late. Let us know how you do! ----- PHEve / Eve
