She's not showing the typical mustard/yellow spots that indicate she's sexually mature....but everything isn't written in stone...so its good that you have a place for her to dig in the cage.

Does she always sit hunkered down to the branch? Does she have what looks like a second elbow above the real elbow?

The grey mark on her casque could be a burn.
The white around the nostrils is salts that they get rid of through the nose.

What specific supplements do you use and how often for each one?
