The supplements I am using are:
Calcium and a vitamin. Both are a whiteish powder.

I feed both of my Chameleons 3 or so Large crickets a day.

The males cage has one of those Heat/UV bulbs. Its suppose to be the best UV on the market.

My females cage has a seperate heat and UV bulb. Her UV bulb is the high grade tube style bulb.

I don't buy the lower end stuff in terms of lighting.

I am looking for a larger cage for my female, trying to find something pre-owned. When i do this, Ill put a deeper bucket of dirt for her.

Ill look for the Extra elbow on her, but I haven't noticed anything like that.

Getting ready for my new Chameleon.
