Still doesn't answer the question

Doesn't apply in this case anyway. Even if it could be done, which most likely it could be, Jackson's aren't nonvenomous snakes. They are rear-fanged venomous snakes just like boomslangs, only real difference is what you pointed out: the delivery system. To truly answer that question, you'd have to breed a kingsnake to a copperhead or some other such nonsense.

To the original question, I don't really see the point in mating a Jackson's with a boomslang. They look so similar anyway, it's not as though the hybrid offspring would be very distinct from either parent species.
