Help with Sexing Part 4

And finally (for now), here is tort 4 recently rescued. Tort weighs 24.8 lbs and is 16 inches long. Does have some scute abonormalities (not the least of which is one affecting the anal scute on one side). Again has a dead flat plastron. This one is in isolation at the moment, so I'm not sure of how he/she will react with other torts.

Any thoughts?
