Largest Afr. Spurred Tortoise

What is the largest African Spurred tortoise? There are documented G. sulcata that are 32-inches (straight line). Anyone know of any that are larger? I have a male that hatched in 1991 that is 31-inches so I would think there are tortoises larger than 32-inches.
