I actually think this prolapse is a first occurrence for this guy the vet gave him a good bill of health otherwise and feels that the humidity is a major factor. The female is actually pregnant as we speak the seller was moving out of the country and couldn't take em with him...so I'm S.O.L. as far as a refund is concerned but I'm not looking for one I enjoy care for these guys and consider it a good thing to basically do a rescue.
