Oh good grief. I wasn't saying it had to be private, merely, as Gregg suggested, giving people the option of replying in private. Sometimes people do not like to be cited or discuss things in a public forum. (I cant imagine why that might be. Ha! ) I will, of course, be sharing the general results in public, and have already gotten a number of responses that were helpful. Even information that seems useless at first may prove to be useful in the long term, so for those of you hesitant to respond, please do send me an email.

I noticed that no one has responded to the actual questions yet though. Cant help but think this thread might be more useful if even a couple of people responded!
