I'm going to say... not a hypo. Only because the hypo you have for comparison is so much lighter. I think the brb in question is just a really nice "normal." Maybe it's just a het with the hypo gene coming through? You have seen a lot more hypos than I have, so trust your gut! haha

Beautiful rainbow nonetheless! Amazing variation!
