Dangerous Precedent?

"While the named Plaintiffs may be responsible dangerous wild animal owners, there are some that are not," the ruling said.

Replace "dangerous wild animal" with "gun" or "automobile" or pretty much anything else.

This ruling is intellectually/logically/legally lazy and a dangerous precedent insofar as liberty is concerned.

It's the "One person wets their pants, and everyone has to wear diapers" mentality.
