Sounds lie you're having a good time. I'd like to see the monk seal too.
I went to Kauai a long time ago. mainly to surf but I saw sea turtles, geckos and little metallic brown skinks. The sea turtles will hang out outside of the surfers and supposedly if they move inside it means there is a shark out there.
