Hi Joanne...nice to see you. Back three years when Keiko was having his problems including diarrhea my vet had me try the Fortiflora. There really wasn't any noticable improvement with his stool or his appetite but keep in mind he was also dealing with his kidneys and the tumor on his spleen. Given that I was trying to treat all of his ailments at the same time may be the reason for the fortiflora not working. I don't know of anything else that may work. Good Luck and let us know how Kiko progresses.
