hi could you tell me a bit more about the tank? how big, which filter and how often and how do you do water changes. how do you clean the filter out. if you could get the pic that would be great too. sounds like you have a comet and two fantails. the black ones would have been blackmoors. comet goldfish need 20 gallons of water and the fantails 10 gallons each. single tailed and fanct tailed fish shouldnt be kept together as the single tail will harrasss the others and out compete them for food. filtration needs to be able to turn over the tank capacity 10x in an hour. always rinse the filter media in old tank water or dechlorinated tap water. never use water for filling a tank unless its been dechlorinated first. when you place water back in the tank make sure the water is the same temperature as the tank water, you may need to buy a thermometer. fantails like their water to be slightly warmer than commons. the bubble could be because the water that went in was too cold. this is known as gas bubble disease and is caused by cold water high in nitrogen. there are a few other diseases that cause bubbles to form, so a pic would be nice and is the bubble air or fluid filled at all?
sorry its taken so long for someone to post back to you.
