A such a pretty bunny too. If I were you I would opt for a vet visit since this bunny has been living outside. I don't think th ebunny will be given any shots, but I woudl allow them to rid him of fleas, ticks and maybe even do a fecal exam to check for any parasites/ worms he may have picked up.
I understand sometimes vet visits can be costly, but bunnies can be tricky as far as treating for fleas and ticks. Some of the powders and flea/tick sprays can be quite toxic to a rabbit. You do hav to be careful. Safer to let the vet decide what and how much to use.
I wish you all the best with your new bunny , also I think I see some iceburg lettice in your pic, just wanted to let you know thats the worse lettice for an animal as far as not being very nutritious. All water. Heres a link with some diet info.
