>>I have two goats in the last two weeks my one goat who is two years of age started experiencing severe hair loss, it's coming out in clumps.
>>The skin looks like it has a little dandruff on it, but i did not see any lesions, or any thing moving. The other goat is unaffected.
>>Any suggestions?

Hmmmm...right off the top of my head the first thing that comes to mind is that the goat is shedding, some will shed more heavily than others. But if you're getting bare skin where they are losing the hair, its probably more serious than that. So the second thing would be a fungal skin infection like ringworm which will present like that in goats. You can try treating it with a fungal shampoo or spray specifically for that. And then the next things I would worry about are that there are some toxic plants and some vitamins/minerals that can cause hair loss if they are getting too much - like selenium.

Might want to try to obvious things first, as long as the goat is otherwise healthy, and then call a vet out if the goat doesn't improve!

Good luck!
